We will not be your lawyer in such filing, we will only draft them for you. We will also write or call your employer up to three times to advocate your reasonable goals or demands. This includes review of up 10,000 words of standard text, i.e., 20 pages.
Five hours total of lawyer interview time and 60 minutes of paralegal time over a maximum six month time span of your case. Interview are by Zoom or phone. We won't keep your case open for more than 6 months. If your case settles, it can be a more complex release of claim by you, with custom terms that you and the employer want to negotiate, and in exchange for payment by the employer plus additional terms on what the employer must do or not do.

We will advocate your reasonable settlement goals or demands, draft a small claims court or agency filing for you to file in representing yourself. This includes review of up 10,000 words of standard text, i.e., 20 pages.
